Can someone please explain to me why this site is called 'Stardoll' and not 'BratzDoll'

All im wondering is, How come, after all of the attempts and long letters i've sent to stardoll, Some stupid random bratz looking doll gets green skin.

But! Im hoping the clothes on this doll get released into starplaza, which i say there is 97% chance of that happening, it will be awesome - the boots are gorgeous!
